Key Combinations - Hot keys

The computer employs hotkeys or key combinations to access most of the

computer’s controls like screen contrast and brightness, volume output and the

BIOS setup utility.

Fn + F1 Displays a list of the hotkeys and their functions.

Fn + F2 Puts the computer in Sleep mode.

Fn + F3 Toggle between LCD / CRT or both

Fn + F4 Turns the display screen backlight off to save power.

Fn + F5 Turns the speakers on and off; mutes the sound.

Fn + Increase LCD brightness.

Fn + Decrease LCD brightness.

Fn + F11 Toggle Num Lock off/on

Fn + F12 Toggle Scroll Lock off/on
